I saw something flash out of the corner of my eye. I turned the police car around and was greeted with this climbing on the hood.
His name is TOY and he is a captive bred Spider Monkey. A pet of the people who's house I stopped in front of. We don't monkey around with police work in Portsmouth!!!
Notice his tail going up over and on the roof of the car? Its about 4 feet long!
