Bank Robber Nabbed!
This is a photo of an arrest made by 2 officers, along with myself
(Peter Platt, aka Halsey). I am the one in the middle with the glasses. It
is quite apparent that this perp did not want to go quietly and sorry to
say it took 3 of us to take him "down" The photo was taken in 1984 in the
City of Ottawa, Canada. We were known as The Ottawa Police Force back then.
Now it is called the Ottawa Carelton Reginal Police Services. In 1984 we
served a population of appox. 360,000. Now that we have become regional it
is more than doubled in size served.
